Back in '96, I got my first fur baby, a Maltese Terrier named Crystal, and that's when I met Majella. From the get-go, Majella was a huge help. She’s good at what she does, really knows her stuff, and she’s just so down-to-earth and easy to talk to.
When Crystal had her first litter, I was pretty much clueless. Majella was right there to guide me through it all, which was a lifesaver. She’s got this way of explaining things that just makes sense, you know?

Majella took a break for a bit to start her family, but she was always a call away if I needed advice or help with Crystal, who, by the way, lived to the grand old age of 17. That’s thanks to Majella knowing her stuff, from the right food to how to handle health scares.
I’m looking at getting another dog soon, and Majella’s the first person I’ll turn to for advice on picking the right breed and how to care for them. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and family thinking about getting a pet. She’s not just good at what she does; she really cares.
