Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Majella's Pet Store. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at hello@majellaspetstore.com. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Sale Items and Gift Cards Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
